Hi, I'm Brittany! I’m an adult athlete and wellness coach with a holistic approach to personal training and nutrition. My journey into health and fitness wasn’t typical—I started with unhealthy crash diets and exercise habits driven by aesthetic goals. But when my daughter was born, I shifted focus to what my body could do, not just how it looked, and began prioritizing self-care to set a better example for her.

At 23, I took my first figure skating class and fell in love with movement. Over time, I added aerial arts, calisthenics, and functional training to my routine, discovering a passion for building strength and resilience. Now, I use my certifications in personal training, nutrition, flexibility, and corrective exercise to help others unlock their potential and create sustainable lifestyle changes.
