Hi, I’m Lindsey Smith! I’m a 250-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYTT), certified spin instructor, and a proud coach with Apollo Fitness. My passion is making yoga accessible for everyone, especially athletes and those who want to incorporate yoga into their regular fitness routines. I focus on helping people improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery, ensuring that yoga becomes a valuable part of their training. I split my time between Santa Fe, New Mexico, and Los Angeles, California, and I currently offer virtual classes and private one-on-one sessions, while maintaining strict Covid safety protocols.
