I hold a Master's in Clinical Exercise Physiology, a BS in Kinesiology, and multiple fitness certifications, including yoga, strength training, injury prevention, and specialized populations. I’ve worked with individuals facing a range of challenges, from post-surgical recovery to chronic conditions, prenatal fitness, and aging-related concerns.
My approach blends physical training with mindset shifts, emotional well-being, and behavior change.
